1. Simply knead all the ingredients into a dough and let it rest in the fridge for at least 1 hour.

2. continue to stir at medium heat until the dough separates from the pan. 3. then put the batter in a mixing bowl and gradually stir in the eggs.

3. then add the brandy.

4. next, heat the oil and put the dough in a piping bag. then put approx. 15 cm long strands of dough into the hot oil and bake until golden.

5. drain the pastry on kitchen paper.

6. Serve the churros warm, garnished with sugar and chocolate sauce.
